if it wasn't for you

No knowing where to go
No knowing what to do
Knowing my feelings, knowing that I love you
Kneeing to the reality, I lost my north
That’s the main reason we escape abroad
New feelings on board, in a ship full of stowaways
Leaving behind our history, open our mind to new horizons
I would cross seas and mountains, but I don’t want to do it alone
Living in a strange place, should be tough
Knowing no one, understanding the same
Leaving far away, of loved ones and her
Did you live in a strange place, without love? Lose your brain
But you bring humble poetry to the table
And we discuss and solve the world
Remembering how we used to… remembering why we’re here for
Talking about nothing, nothing but life
Living some hours together, getting nothing but my esteem back
Your hands made the magic, magic that always last
Healing the needed, like the prophet of the past
You bring the essence and the night starts to be bright
With your grace, you braze my spirit, a spirit of the past
The friends we share, a world I appreciate truly
And friends of the past, they became here my only family
I travel full of fear, fear of a life alone
Travelling everyday without walking, looking for my clone
Someone just like me, who found his north on his own
If it wasn’t for you hunger on my soul
Loneliness, sadness and my mind would blow
Any humble gesture is poetry on its own
Poems without verse that means I love you all
Because if it wasn’t for you, I will lose mind and soul
