Oh Jerusalem! let me understand
Your name means city of peace
But your wars seems to have no end
you suppose to unify
Instead, year after year there’s only fight

The greatest people had kissed your lands
From the Jebusites, to the Ottomans
Kings, God’s son and prophets did as well so
For them as for us you’re heavens door
You used to be open to all our souls
Now they jailed you, surrounded by these walls
Escape from your captivity, fight like a lion
God dwelled always in your lands, oh great Zion!!

Oh Jerusalem! International place of peace
The way that they’re treating you, leave me just amazed
David, Solomon, Jesus and Mohammed contacted through you to God
Once open way to heaven, now you became a clog
Resurrect from your ashes, as you did in the past
Do not give up your hopes. Unify all of us
The only remedy to avoid the mass destruction
Due to wars for clashes of religion

Oh Jerusalem! If you could become an Eden
Where we all worship unified in harmony
Save yourself from been door to hell
Save yourself and save the whole humanity
Oh Jerusalem, why you have to become ‘capital of Israel’
You should be capital of the humanity, not only of them
You are Jew, Christian and Muslim too
But the greediness and gold is destroying you
Oh Jerusalem! holy land to be worship
Clean your face, soon resurrect and sing for victory.
